The history of this house, listed at Bjurfors, is at least interesting which gives this house not only its historical status but also an architectural point of view. In the 1930’s the base of this house was part of a hotel complex located at the “Riviera” at Båstad. During the 90’s some of the additional hotel buildings were transformed for private house purpose. After the family got bigger the architect Kay Linghoff designed a rounded extra wing for this house. Now the house rises beautifully with versatile architectural forms and shapes. With an expressive green traditional japan inspired garden, open 207 square meters room plan and unique architecture with magnificent details this house by the water is a real dream come true.
